Overview
To strengthen two-way engagement between the Richmond County School System and its stakeholders, I developed and launched a monthly Virtual Town Hall series. This initiative provides families, staff, and community members with a direct line to district leadership, offering real-time opportunities to ask questions, share feedback, and receive updates on critical issues throughout the school year.
At the conclusion of each live event, we turn our live Q&A into an FAQ that lives on our landing page.
Next Steps
As the series continues with its second season, our next step is to transition the town hall into a podcast-style medium with one on one conversations with community partners and educators throughout the region.
